Welcome to NCBT's electronic statement delivery service. Our goal is to provide you with an easy and convenient way to receive your monthly bank statement.

Your consent is required to begin sending your bank statement electronically. Please review the information below prior to giving your consent. By agreeing to receive your bank statement electronically, you also agree to notify NCBT immediately of any changes in your email address by updating your email address at www.NCBTonline.com. You also agree to report any errors or complications relating to the electronic receipt of your bank statement by contacting customer NCBT support immediately at 877-277-2185.

In order to access your eStatement online, you must be an active NCBT Web Banking user with NCBT.

NCBT will no longer send your statement or images of your cancelled checks through the U.S. mail if you elect to receive your statement electronically through NCBT.

Your consent, which will be given by signing this Consent and Agreement and providing it to NCBT, will authorize NCBT to provide to you electronically your periodic bank statement and any other disclosures that NCBT might send to you with your bank statement, such as Electronic Funds Disclosures or other required disclosures relating to your accounts.

To discontinue this electronic delivery service, you may send notice in writing to NCBT Att: Customer Care, P.O. Box 1287, Orangeburg, SC 29115.

The same terms apply with respect to electronically delivered bank statements as for those delivered in paper form and the deposit agreements and disclosures that you previously received from NCBT remain in effect.

It is necessary to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view the statement. You can obtain a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader by visiting http://www.acrobat.com

You agree that in no event will NCBT be liable for any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind, any interruption in the availability of our service, any delay in operation or transmission, any incomplete transmission, computer virus, loss of data, or other similar loss.

You may request a Paper Statement for our normal research charge.

NCBT may change, suspend or eliminate all or any aspect of this delivery service upon notice to you.

You agree that this Consent and Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina excluding any application of conflicts of laws, rules or principals.

I have read and agree to this Agreement for Electronic Statement Delivery. This Agreement is binding for all accounts I currently hold or open in the future and can be withdrawn by sending a written request to NCBT. Notice of withdrawal must be received by NCBT 10 days prior to statement print date to effect a change.
